Knowledgeable and extremely friendly people. They were so kind and caring throughout the process of fitting me for my running shoe, and had excellent recommendations. When I had gripes about certain aspects of the shoes, they listened, and ended up finding me my perfect match. An issue arose in one of their supplier’s ends for an order I placed, but they went above and beyond to remedy it. Best running store! I am a complete running noob and not knowledgable about what I need. Nicole and Kal were phenomenal. They were not intimidating and made me feel very comfortable. They analyzed my gait and talked to me about what my goals are and fitted me for a shoe. Turns out I had been wearing shoes that were not the right fit for me at all. Incredible store with incredible people. It’s hard to have a small business in this economy and I’m sure it hasn’t been an easy journey, but from the service and hospitality you would never know. I was fitted for a pair of shoes with no pressure to purchase, tariffs have lead to low inventory. Kal helped me find the perfect pair and ordered it in my preferred color and size, delivered to my front door.
