On time delivery, on point with items ordered and absolutely no hiccups at all. I live in an area where I was expecting to have the lumber delivered on my driveway as I was expecting. Some how, some way, they went above and beyond and were able to deliver it behind the house. 1st experience was not great. Ordered lumber for a new deck and several items they delivered were wrong and the lumber was not satisfactory. Had to make several extra trips to re-buy the items elsewhere then had to borrow a trailer to return the bad lumber and wrong items. I was not met with friendly staff. When I went to go get the replacement lumber nobody was out there to help so I had to open another stack of lumber to get what I needed. Very poor customer service.
