I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Barringer for the replacement of my SGD. Jennifer went above and beyond to assist me! As a single mom I didn't have a ton of money to spend on having my SGD replaced. She personally came to home and inspected my current door so I wouldn't incur additional charges. Turnover rate is constant, supervisor Matt is lazy and has no respect for employees. He yells, curses and threatens employees with no consequence. He doesnt train his managers in training at all and doesnt hold them accountable, leaving them to do as they please. Doesn't give annual pay raises to yard or warehouse workers while sales people and managers get huge checks at end of year. General manager Adam is oblivious to it all and backs his supervisor because they are buddies. Corporate and osha should be called on them.
