I thought business was conducted the right way at 84 Lumber, this location in Curtis Bay reflects the total opposite. Orders are very careless taken care of, once you place an order they forget about it unless you call to check on it. Dont waste your time buying here specially windows. Dont understand how management allows this way of handling customers but thats on them. One less customer for sure.
I ordered some windows that were supposed to have built-in j channel but they didn't. Either he just wanted to sell me the window. Or he didn't know what I was talking about. James Greene was my associate.
