Good thing the people are pleasant to deal with because there is a lot of incompetence at that store. We had a small order for a small deck. First they never called when it came in, then they sent part of our order out to another job. When they finally delivered it, it was missing 3 pieces left at the store. My husband opted to go get them. So much for the purposse of delivery. I gave a 2 because even though they don't know what they are doing, they didn't give us attitude. Won't do business there again!
