I was reminded this morning why I haven't stopped in at 84 lumber in over 20 years. Same poor customer service. It hasn't changed. The sign out front says "public welcome", but someone needs to let Tim S. know (who ironically is in sales) that the public is welcome. He was the first and only 84 lumber rep I could find at first, who basically told me "he was busy, someone else will have to help you". Message sent - contractors/commercial traffic only.

Very poor service !! Lumber quality was absolute garbage and was being used on a structure/ roof collapse for a local family … They are removing the order from the property but in all my years that was absolute garbage sent to a job site … no offer to replace and make things rite was told that’s all they have..
Would be great if they updated their Saturday hours rather than wasting my afternoon to drive there find out that they're closing...
