Ordered lumber for a 12 x 16 shed delivered. The wood was terrible. boards were twisted and chewed up. I would not order here again. Very disappointing.

I was reminded this morning why I haven't stopped in at 84 lumber in over 20 years. Same poor customer service. It hasn't changed. The sign out front says "public welcome", but someone needs to let Tim S. know (who ironically is in sales) that the public is welcome. He was the first and only 84 lumber rep I could find at first, who basically told me "he was busy, someone else will have to help you". Message sent - contractors/commercial traffic only.
