Our long-time tax preparer decided to stop doing taxes this year, so we were dreading having to find someone to replace her. Our taxes are not simple because we have rental properties, investments, business ownership, etc, but Leo was a total pro and handled it all with ease (at least he made it seem that way!) Leo and his team were attentive and friendly, and we will 100% be back next year.
I Absolutely recommend this place. Leo has never let us down. The front desk and his entire team are great.
The women here are very rude and incapable of doing their jobs. They constantly bothered Leo for help and got angry when I asked them basic questions. Leo was the only one who was able to help my husband and I file our W2. Horrible customer service. I heard the woman at the desk laughing and saying that their “positive reviews are written by their staff” I wont be returning and I advise that you don’t either.
