Seems like a scam to me. It's in a house that is a boarding house. Did a Google search on the house and came up with a hit for the owner who is an ex drug addict. In fact I saw him walking around. Apparently the house serves as a half way house for spiritual type hippie people and former druggies. So...how is it a loan mart? Weird.
It's a halfway house for sure. I walked by and some old Gandalf meets a heroin addict guy was staring at me. I was walking my dog. Leash and all. Someone yelled the N word at me when I walked by. I walked back to confront and the Gandalf dude was smiling. Laughing. Was he on drugs. He is white so I took it as a racial threat. So I googled his address. It doesn't seem like his rental pad is registered with the city. Ahem. Violation. Exploitation of renters. KKK
