I'll start off by saying it's heartbreaking when a small business that you try and support rips you off that you have been going to for years!. In that case, I should've gone to H&R BLOCK. So 800 taxes claim their raising prices this year, and that's fine, and I get that but when your family members goes there and they pay the same price as they have been paying but they charged my wife and I double and tripled the price. I tried this place out a couple years ago....they were friendly and took care of business...didn't charge me half of my return either..didnt try to keep charging me more by adding on services like H&R Block...they have a customer for life.
