I had a bad experience here. First, the posted address is incorrect. This made me late to my appointment. Then, the staff was not friendly or accommodating. They also do not have advanced computer skills. The real nail in the coffin - they entered the wrong account number. I was therefore ineligible for direct deposit and had to wait months for my return to arrive by mail. Avoid this tax preparer at all costs!
