I've been stretched in the past, and at the time thought that it wasn't really beneficial. However, as I've aged and continued my daily workouts, I've lost a lot of range of motion in my shoulders. To my pleasant surprise, during just one hour of assisted stretching, Joey was able to dramatically increase that range of motion, without causing any pain. I will definitely be going back for several sessions.
I had a fabulous session with Joey! She was very respectful and explained different movements to me. Highly recommend 7th Inning Stretch & Wellness!
