Joey, you are a true professional! Appreciated having the ability to sit and discuss my aches/pains with you before proceeding with the first session. Just after one session, my lower back pain has eased greatly especially with the stretching techniques "Homework" you provided. Look forward to more sessions in the near future. It took me awhile to make my way to 7th Inning Stretch. Once I went it was worth my time. The one thing that is hard to remember is to relax. Let Joey do what she does best, stretch your body. I go about every 3 weeks. It is really worth your time. Thanks, Ellen Hansen
I have been going to see Joey for several sessions! I am so excited to have an increased range of motion to my shoulder that I didn’t realize was as bad as it was! She makes you feel so comfortable, relaxed, And offers multiple different ways to do things at home as well.. ! I highly recommend anyone thinking that they’ve tried everything but have never tried 7th Inning Stretch, To try a session! You will be amazed!
I've been stretched in the past, and at the time thought that it wasn't really beneficial. However, as I've aged and continued my daily workouts, I've lost a lot of range of motion in my shoulders. To my pleasant surprise, during just one hour of assisted stretching, Joey was able to dramatically increase that range of motion, without causing any pain. I will definitely be going back for several sessions.
