I had my wedding scheduled for September 25th 2021, and unfortunately had to reschedule due to the passing of a close family member months in advance. Instead of being understanding, and returning our deposit, or replacing our booking, James offered neither. When trying to get in touch with him he wouldn’t return our calls. My partner reached out to 7th heaven almost a month ago providing all details about which cars, the dates, times, location etc... We opted to organised an inspection to see the cars in person prior to booking... they told us they couldn't the coming weekend (but that they would get back to us) we waited... then chased up... then waited... then received an email saying they took a deposit for the same package on the same date we had been contacting them about for almost a month... James was incredibly friendly and professional on our wedding day. He got us where we needed to go (i.e. many photo shoot locations) and was definitely a calming influence on a hectic day! The car was beautiful. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!
James and his team were absolutely amazing for our wedding day. So professional and very helpful leading up to and day of the wedding. The cars were magnificent and the drivers attended to our every need. Many thanks!
From the day of booking all the way through till our wedding day James was very helpful and informative. Communication was easy and clear and my husband and I, as well as our bridal party, were very well looked after. The cars were in excellent condition, better yet, the drivers provided a wonderful service!
