We had the most pleasant experience today. Jennifer was awesome. Best customer service experience. We had left Gran Plaza and my granddaughter had not tried any dresses on. We arrived here and were greetly by Jennifer and let us know us know my granddaughter could try on dresses, explained the process, no pressure. I could go on and on. The prices are very reasonable.
We just don't have enough great words to say about Jennifer, the owner or the store. She made our Sweet 16 dress shopping experience so wonderful!! We had been to 5 stores in Fort Worth before finding 7R. The prices and quality of the dresses can not be beat. Jennifer took the time to talk with my daughter and make her feel special about herself and her dress choices on our 1st visit. My daughter immediately said, "Mom we're not shopping anywhere else"!! Absolutely the worst experience ever. the customer services is awful. I spoke to the owner before coming, she explained their hours of operation to be because I would be traveling far to their boutique. After I drove a WHOLE HOUR IN TRAFFIC to come see dresses, they were closed a hour earlier from what she told me. I called her to let her know that I was here like we discussed and she literally hung up in my face! 0/10 If you close at a certain time, don’t leave early , especially if I told you I was coming. Just Terrible!
