Easy to follow and the food is great. It does help that I have an expert guiding me. Jennifer Seven has been my coach And my cheerleader. Wonder of wonders I now fit into my favorite jeans.
Surinder was my coach!! She was so SUPPORTIVE in EVERY way!! She was ALWAYS responsive to my questions. She was ALWAYS flexible in meeting times and had so many weight loss tips to share because of all her experience with the program. She was so supportive, kind and patient with me!! I had tried SO MANY ways to loose weight and could not lose!! Can’t say enough good things about this program!! Jennifer was also SO VERY kind and helpful as well!!
Jennifer is a wonderful coach. She is very knowledgeable, motivating and helpful. She works with you and does what makes sense and is achievable and realistic. I highly recommend working with Jennifer and the 7Company. She is always available to answer questions and gets back with helpful suggestions. I'm extremely pleased with my results - the weight loss happened quickly and is easy to maintain. I still have a few more pounds to lose.
