I started my weight loss journey with the Ideal Protein Protocol in late July. With a little determination of my own to stick to the protocol, I consistently lost up to 2 pounds per week. By mid-September, I successfully met my weight loss goal of 25 pounds with the help of the IP and my coach Jennifer. I feel so much better. My back and knees no longer bother me while standing. I don’t feel or look bloated anymore and my clothes fit so much better. Thank you Jennifer and IP!
I've worked with Jennifer for a long time. She is supportive and really cares about helping you achieve your goals. The weekly sessions help to keep you on track and highlight the need for change when it's necessary.
Thanks to Jennifer and the Ideal Protein plan , I have lost 60 pounds in 5 months and feel amazing! I would highly recommended 7 company weight loss
Jennifer is wonderful! Through her I have lost over 30lbs so far and am still losing. It is a cost but she does not care about the money she is genuinely doing this to help others reach their goals. Every zoom meeting I feel like she genuinely cares about what is going on in my life and how she can best support my weight loss journey. She has been a pleasure to work with and I am looking forward to working with her longer!
Jennifer is a wealth of knowledge and switches up your program when you come to a plateau. I appreciate her support through this health-changing journey - I have changed my behaviors and lost weight slowly and permanently.
