kepada staff perempuan kerja petang, 30/3/2026, 4:20pm, engko kalau bad mood, tak payah kerja la. aku mintak gula untuk iced latte, tekan sampai 6-7 pump gula kau letak, nak bagi aku minum gula ke? kau kalau tak boleh kerja sorang, tak payah kerja. dengan body language mcmtu, teruk betul perangai. memang aku tak pegi dah outlet ni. mcm gampang. kurang ajar. MENYIRAP LA AKU!
Customer service is not good. The 1st time i have problem the guy at cashier has given wrong instruction for me to redeem points. I end up have to pay the item when i have points expiring. Then 2nd time i ordered 3 tapestry, only 2 are put in the oven. One of them are cold as within fridge. I can tell this is done deliberately because two of tapestry is put inside same paper envelope. Is it so difficult to put all 3 tapestry in the oven? I paid RM14.70 for these...
Poor customer service experience. After canceling an item due to insufficient balance, a female staff member instructed me to return the drink to the fridge myself instead of handling it professionally. The tone used felt inappropriate for customer service. Disappointing experience. This should be the responsibility of the staff, not the customer.
rasanya dah boleh pecat staff 7e, kerja macam apa je. Sangat rude baling je duit dan muka takde senyum langung, macam awak terpaling penat bekerja 😂
