I would like to make a complaint regarding the staff at this 7-Eleven outlet. Kindly consider changing or retraining the staff, as their attitude towards customers is extremely rude and unfriendly. The way they look at customers makes us feel as though we have entered their home without being invited. I would appreciate it if you could consider assigning a different cashier at this branch. Unfortunately, I have experienced the same issues every time I visit here, whereas I have never encountered these problems at your other branches. 1. Please change your cashier. I face the same issues every time I visit this branch. I've never had these problems at your other branches. 1) Unprofessional – Too loud and always joking with customers. It's not appropriate or funny. 2) Slow service – Takes too long and doesn't seem focused on serving customers. 3) Poor communication – I usually come around 7:00 AM, but customers are not informed that the oven is not hot yet until after ordering.
