Please change your cashier. I face the same issues every time I visit this branch. I've never had these problems at your other branches. 1) Unprofessional – Too loud and always joking with customers. It's not appropriate or funny. 2) Slow service – Takes too long and doesn't seem focused on serving customers. 3) Poor communication – I usually come around 7:00 AM, but customers are not informed that the oven is not hot yet until after ordering.
