I am asking 7-Eleven HQ to take action against the 7-Eleven staff in this area. Please address this: a customer was outside asking the staff to come out because I wanted to make a payment, but your staff delayed me.
The worst iced latte I’ve ever had. There was barely any taste of milk, and I couldn’t even taste the coffee properly. Was the coffee bean running out? Or did you forget to refill the milk?
I go there to do some banking. It's nearest to my house. Big plus is the staff are friendly, Only problem is parking. You have to park at the Dewan & walk over. Motorbike is best because at the side of the building, there is a small place to park.

Exceptional service!! A huge thank u to the male staff member in a cap working the night shift on July 15th. He was incredibly helpful when I experienced some trouble redeeming a voucher. He was very persistent and didn't give up trying to resolve the issue for me. 10/10 customer service, will come again for sure
