Very disappointing experience. I have visited this 7-Eleven more than 5 times within this past 2 weeks, and on every visit the store was closed for a 30-minute staff toilet break. This is extremely inconvenient, especially for a convenience store that is expected to be accessible to customers. On top of that, the staff refused to sell me coffee, saying that the coffee machine was under cleaning. However, I did not see any cleaning being done at the time.
