Around 11.30pm, I went to the 7E at Nusa Bayu and the staff told me the store was closed. I waited almost 20 minutes for them to open again. Is this the proper way for your staff to handle the store operating hours based on their own decision, or should they follow SOP?
What is wrong with coffee and ice cream machine???? Never available every time i came, the same person that always said the machines are under washing process. 24hr washing ah???
The staff make disappointed , and the promo item is send wrong information to customer. I think the staff was new , time visit 7:39PM 17/1/26.
