Staff kurang pengetahuan tentang promo. Barang promo tak pandai key in dalam sistem. Jadi customer beli harga asal. Apa makna promo ada dalam apps tapi customer beli tak dapat. Promo dekat label harga tak buang, lepastu customer dapat harga asal sebab tak update label harga dekat store. Tambahan, staf ada kurang mesra. Mohon penambahbaikan. Terima kasih.

Buy at 9.45am - 11/11. the female staff yang handle tak senyum, i consider lagi. Tapi bila makanan siap pun tak panggil. the same staff haritu masa beli fishball ni, dapat fishball yang still rasa sejuk. Haritu reconsider kot hari pertama, ni dah lepas 2-3 minggu masih sama, hopefully boleh improve. takmau senyum takpa atleast panggil and serve well.
7-Eleven – Sangat Mengecewakan Cashier kat sini buat muka tak ikhlas langsung, layan pelanggan macam tak sudi. Air heater pula habis, sampai mesin keluar error low water pun tak ada siapa peduli nak topup. Kedai macam tak ada orang jaga! Kalau terus macam ni, baik tutup je daripada susahkan pelanggan.
