I am very disappointed with the service from one of the staff at this 7-Eleven (a staff who looks tomboy). When I wanted to purchase food at the counter and ask a question, the staff completely ignored me even though I called her several times. She pretended not to hear me and even made an unfriendly face at me. Is it wrong for a customer to ask a staff member for assistance? I'm not a fan of 7-11, but their staff member Mr. Habib was incredibly helpful — patiently assisting me without any hesitation to fulfill my requests.
Unacceptable customer service. Went to 7-Eleven around 10:45 AM and was shocked by the rude behavior of the counter staff. My member QR code didn’t show up due to a clear issue with the 7-Eleven app. Instead of helping, she showed attitude, looked annoyed, and rudely said the code was “expired” — seriously? I’m a regular customer so I basically know all stuff at here work , there is a new guy working here … I understand he is new at work but please ask him change his attitude and very slow and very rude ! I just ordered chicken popcorn and a sandwich… total was rm11.90 I think I gave him rm15 … he never give my balance and receipt… asking me to wait for 15min .
