Pls train ur staff to be more ethical when dealing with customers. i gave the money directly by hand but when giving the balance he just placed it on the counter even though i dah hulur tangan untuk ambil duit balance. Pls have some manners , i also work in customer service and i know this kind of behavior is really not respectful.
