今天7/8/26 6. 45pm孩子去购买RM4饮料使用RM50付款柜台马来男生不诚实想骗取孩子的钱只给孩子的RM36，后来家长过去拿的时候他的反映非常的不正常的退款RM10连道歉都没有..希望有带孩子去购物去付款记得帮孩子留意..感觉像惯犯了

Hello, I recently purchased Apollo Chocolate Wafer Cream from a 7-Eleven outlet near my house. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the product quality. I understand that this is an affordable product, but I still expect it to have good taste and be crispy. The wafers I purchased were soft, lacked crispiness, and the taste was not as expected. I hope you can look into this matter and improve the quality control of your products. I've attached a photo of the product for your reference.

Pls train ur staff to be more ethical when dealing with customers. i gave the money directly by hand but when giving the balance he just placed it on the counter even though i dah hulur tangan untuk ambil duit balance. Pls have some manners , i also work in customer service and i know this kind of behavior is really not respectful.
