The staff named Siti Asiyah Asrhad had a very rude behaviour. Not only to the customers but also her peers. I wonder if 7-eleven train their staff before deployed them. No one around when we want to make payment. When we ask something politely regarding the tngd reload she replied sarcastically and frustrated.. Like what?? Are customers not allow to ask questions now? This kind of services are really not acceptable! Not only tarnishing 7-eleven reputation but also Malaysia reputation
