Just now i beli chicken popcorn then ada 2 issue which is 1. Ayam dia tak betul betul masak 2. Ada bulu tangan melekat di ayam Im a staff here, so i expect makanan disini will be in high quality plus this is a hospital kot, haihh tolong la lepas ni jaga hygiene tu, rasa nak muntah bila pikir balik ayam yang dh ditelan before tu, Also staff perempuan bertindik hidung tu, kalau boleh muka elok sikit la, kalau rasa penat kerja sini, berhenti je. Jangan nak hari hari muka mcm tu, naik meluat org tengok
I'm a doctor here and I was politely giving my opinion on how the queue can be improved so that it doesn't block the other customers. The Malay lady staff gave me an irritated face and ignored me. Few times I observed that she was rude to customers as well and never even wear a smile on her face. I'm a daily customer there, hence I know it's not a one-off behavior. Please be courteous and friendlier especially to our patients, relatives and staff (practically everyone).
