Ordered hot cappuccino, stood aside for 5 minutes only to find out the staff didn’t placed the order. Then kept saying no cappuccino no cappuccino. And I thought providing receipt to customers is a mandatory requirement?
Just wanted to buy a ribena and the staff was rude as hell. My tng couldnt go thru the first time and he didnt even tell me nicely that payment failed or whatever. Didn't even give me another try with another payment method or something of the sort, just impatiently said "your tng no money, check" and gestured me to the side like im some criminal. Very disappointed with the service at 7-Eleven. The staff at the front desk was extremely rude and showed a bad attitude towards customers. If you are unhappy with your job, please don’t take it out on customers. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected. Hope management looks into this seriously.
