I'm a doctor here and I was politely giving my opinion on how the queue can be improved so that it doesn't block the other customers. The Malay lady staff gave me an irritated face and ignored me. Few times I observed that she was rude to customers as well and never even wear a smile on her face. I'm a daily customer there, hence I know it's not a one-off behavior. Please be courteous and friendlier especially to our patients, relatives and staff (practically everyone).
Very bad! Waiting in the line after one other customer, then left hanging there without payment proceed! Worst experience.
Ordered hot cappuccino, stood aside for 5 minutes only to find out the staff didn’t placed the order. Then kept saying no cappuccino no cappuccino. And I thought providing receipt to customers is a mandatory requirement?
Just wanted to buy a ribena and the staff was rude as hell. My tng couldnt go thru the first time and he didnt even tell me nicely that payment failed or whatever. Didn't even give me another try with another payment method or something of the sort, just impatiently said "your tng no money, check" and gestured me to the side like im some criminal.
