After read couple of bad reviews sadly this thing still happening. Today Saturday night June 21, i was buying some stuffs and asked for my member to be input. Turned out the hijabi Malaysian staff (i was asking her name but she left grumpy lol) didn't wanna admit she was wrong putting a typo on the phone number and underestimated this member system. CAFé by 7-Eleven at Skyavenue Pahang was one of the most frustrating café experiences I have had in a long time. The store is poorly organized on every level, from the layout to the workflow behind the counter. Nothing seems to run efficiently and the result is painfully long waiting times for what should be a quick and simple coffee stop. Very bad attitude staff, ask me *APA* when reaching my Q, the staff eating Kuaci ( sunflower seeds) in front of customer, can replay your CCTV at 2120-2130 on 5/5/26. Management really need to train them before send them to front desk. Will never come again to this outlet.
