Very bad attitude staff, ask me *APA* when reaching my Q, the staff eating Kuaci ( sunflower seeds) in front of customer, can replay your CCTV at 2120-2130 on 5/5/26. Management really need to train them before send them to front desk. Will never come again to this outlet.
This morning (3 May 2026), I stopped by to buy a coffee, and unfortunately the service experience was very disappointing. There was a male staff member (Indian) and a female staff member (Malaysian). Both showed a very poor attitude. They seemed uninterested in serving customers — no eye contact, unfriendly expressions, and when customers called out, there was no acknowledgment, only a brief “wait” without even turning around. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour by the staff at the cash counter. I asked for an extra spoon and his behaviour was as if i asked for his kidney.
