Pl clarify if it's part of its SOP to close for 1 hour around 8pm because of dinner break
Last few days my son is admitted at sjmc and I came to this 7eleven few times. Now its 1.27 am and the staff went for prayers. Im not sure of there is prayers at this time . Since 8pm this is the 4th time I saw notice staff on break . This is deliberate and thr management is so dumb never check ur Google review and act I saw someone already complaint before. It was a malay boy working thie time.
Came at 8.40pm shop was close with sign that staff went on break at 8.20-9.20. Came again at 12.30am shop still close with same sign but timing rubbed off. This also happened past few days. PIC number doesn’t answer. Unprofessional and unreliable. Management should really check on this and provide staff proper training.

it would be nice if they had a place to sit, since its a cafe, other than that the place is nice, workers are friendly and they even help pour your cofee in your own tumbler. Nice, that is what i call good service
