Several times visited the store but every time i went there always got bad service from the staff (especially the chubby girl) , no greeting with grumpy face. Besides, today i bought ready to eat food and wanna heat it up but there is water at microwave area and the floor in front of counter (before i enter, the particular staff just sitting behind the counter and playing phone). Kedai kotor. Tak selesa mau duduk tngk brg ii dlm kedai. Lantai basah air bertakung more than 1 place and staff tak reti nk mop..just reti main game, area microwave basah yg sngt basah dan kotor. Staff takda adab. Greeting takda, main fon dekat cashier, bagi side eyes. Management kedai should do something lah abt ur staff, attitude takda..kerja mcm taknak kerja. Kita datang mau beli makanan bukan mau minta sedekah. Kalau mcm ni sampai bila ii takda cust nk datang selalu.
the girl with shoulder length hair, you want to work or not? you clearly see a customer waiting for you at the counter and you just act like you didnt see them? ive noticed this specific worker behaviour several times and each time, shes act like she dont want to serve the customer at all. Please do better.
I went in at 12.30am and was looking at the selection of hot food at the counter. When I wanted to order to a female staff who was playing with her phone sitting down behind the counter, she immediately said the hot food was not available at night? (without even bothered to stand up and still with her phone). I was confused as I always order hot food (chicken katsu, cheese tofu) from here even late 2am via grab and when I checked grab that night, i can still place order for the hot food.
