Rude and arrogant staff. Don’t work in customer service field if you’re moody all the time. Notice how every other bad review is also because of the staff? Do better.

12.06am 我在此準備付款時，被態度粗魯的值班收銀員告知，系統關機付款得等待十分鐘以後。因為夜已深，我提出我先給整數貨款並離開，待系統恢復請對方再打單完成交易時，後者頭也不回的念叨「我們沒有這樣的服務」且逕直離開櫃檯前往店面後方。 後來另一名態度和善的收銀員接手，我幸運的在5分鐘內付款。 整個消費的過程是令人不舒服的，盼貴店能加強員工專業培訓，至少服務態度方面。同時，穿著制服的職員與友人聚在店內聚餐，也有礙觀瞻，比較像MAMAK檔，而不是便利店。
