I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this needs to be said. There is one female staff at this outlet (usually wearing 7-Eleven uniform and tudung sarung, fair-skinned, slightly chubby) whose attitude is consistently unpleasant. No smile, no greeting, and often showing a sour facial expression when dealing with customers. I have visited this store many times to buy items, and I’ve noticed the same behaviour repeatedly over the past 2 to 3 months, so this is not a one-time incident. The worst 7 eleven i have ever visited. The staffs were good or at least normal before turning into 7E Cafe in 2025. Useless staffs, good for nothing, behaving like nonsense. Tidak peduli kind of attitude. Need to knock on the store / office after waiting to pay because no one at counter. Does the HQ actually monitor or care is my big question. Im 51 and have been visiting 7E like over 35 years. 7 Eleven NZX is garbage.. literally !

Rude staff. Where are the previous guy staffs? Much better. Could have responded politely though on my queries “can i have the choc ice cream and when i picked the menu cards rudely reply “ni takde!” Fire her la kerja rude mcmni nak ikut mood kau je.
