Staff banyak borak , buat order customer salah …saya mintak air slurpee 1 flavour lain 1 flavour lain , dia buat 2 2 flavour sama nak cakap salah buat pon tak boleh sebab dia terus pergi berborak dengan staff yang lain, malas buat keje

Quite disappointed with the experience at this 7-Eleven. Almost every morning there’s no coffee available — either no ice or some other excuse. It’s frustrating, especially since morning is when most people actually want their caffeine fix. The pastries are also a letdown. Every time I’ve gotten them here, they’re overcooked and hard after they reheated there. I’ve tried the same pain au chocolat at other 7E outlets in KL, and it was soft, buttery, and delicious — so I know it’s not the product, but how it’s handled here. Ho... read more

Nak beli sausage roll and sausage bun tapi pekerja boleh cakap yang food warmer dah cuci , dekat situ masalah sy sebagai customer ke masalah pekerja? Sy bayar bukan tak bayar , so mana servis 24jam nya kalau apa customer nak tak dilayankan? Sebelum ni staff wanita takde masalah , staff lelaki yang lebih , tolong nasihat kan sikit budak tu

Datang pada pukul 4:40 pada 29/4/2025, ada staff lelaki 1 dan perempuan 1. Yg prempuan okay, but yg lelaki muka sombong, cara cakap sombong. Dgn mak saya pun cakap nak sombong, padahal cuma tanya tentang order yg dah dapat. Bila hashbrown da siap but hancur sbb melekat bila nak angkat baru dia tahu nak cakap baik baik. Pls improve his service, watch his attitude. Tak ada kerja yg tak penat. Tak boleh kerja balik rumah ja. Pls take note. Tq
