Am a resident in Pacific Place, went to there regularly. There's friendly staffs there but mostly are not and also with bad attitude. When you asking for combos and offers they will show an unpleasant face and answers your questions rudely. One of them even answers " offers not available" and keep hitting the cash machine. It's been a long time ady and I really wish this could be fixed.
Coffee machine is down most of the time. Exhaust is not efficient for the space, you will smell like oily food every time you come out from there

The staff at the counter very rude..one customer wants to pay using e-wallet..but I think there's some issue with the 7e system or something, so the staff get bit annoyed and showed that with the customer..even when I want to pay using tng he hissed at me annoyingly..like if you don't want to serve people nicely don't work in this field lah..
The Bangladesh staff who work a night shifts on April 28 2025 at 10.15pm is so rude and disrespectful not just that when I want to pay for my stuff with rm50 cash hes suddenly said that he don’t have any balance to give me when I clearly just saw him giving a balance of cash to another’s customer even though the customer pay with same big amount of cash and I will understand it if he said it to me with nice way but he said it to me by raising his voice with a expression of rude and annoyed face.
