To the manager, please look into the staffing during the morning. If you already have enough staff, maybe check the schedule again because why there’s always only one staff working especially when the shop is full of customers? I don’t blame the staff for the slow service, as they may be new or simply overwhelmed handling everything alone. But some customers are understandably unhappy with the long waiting time. Am a resident in Pacific Place, went to there regularly. There's friendly staffs there but mostly are not and also with bad attitude. When you asking for combos and offers they will show an unpleasant face and answers your questions rudely. One of them even answers " offers not available" and keep hitting the cash machine. It's been a long time ady and I really wish this could be fixed.
Coffee machine is down most of the time. Exhaust is not efficient for the space, you will smell like oily food every time you come out from there
