I’ve been coming to this outlet for quite some time. Previously, the staff would help customers prepare hot food. Today, we were told that customers need to handle it ourselves. I understand that many convenience stores require customers to prepare their own hot food, and I’m perfectly fine with that. However, what was disappointing was the cashier’s attitude. Every time I go to order from the counter, they tell me it’s sold out or not available, but the rack is clearly still full. This happens repeatedly, and it’s honestly very frustrating and disappointing.

First bad experience (1) sy dah order air slurpee, waktu ambik sekali dengan makanan2 yang lain tu staff tak buat air slurpee tu untuk sy. TAKPE, sy tunggu. last2 kena sidai setengah jam lebih sebab air machine tu taktau rosak ke tak boleh function ke apa~ last2 tanya boleh ke tak tukar air? 😊???boleh lupa nak buat order orang, tanya pulak boleh tukar air ke tak😌staff lelaki pakai spec rambut tak pendek tak panjang.
