Hello, I’d like to ask about the Seven E corndog RM7.90. Does it come with a drink or not? Usually when I come, I get the package with a drink included. But today the cashier said I didn’t mention I wanted a combo. Do I really need to specifically say I want the drink, even though the RM7.90 price is already for the combo with a drink?

I’ve been coming to this outlet for quite some time. Previously, the staff would help customers prepare hot food. Today, we were told that customers need to handle it ourselves. I understand that many convenience stores require customers to prepare their own hot food, and I’m perfectly fine with that. However, what was disappointing was the cashier’s attitude. Every time I go to order from the counter, they tell me it’s sold out or not available, but the rack is clearly still full. This happens repeatedly, and it’s honestly very frustrating and disappointing.
