Really? Why did this 7-Eleven turn out this way? I am fully aware that there isn't enough staff, but this isn't a customer problem. I already heard the employees returning. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
Masa kami sampai kedai, ada ramai orang dalam kedai, staff duduk di bawah kaunter berdua-duaan berpelukan, staff perempuan, lelaki mungkin orang luar (pakai baju biasa) , berpelukan, dia tak sedar ada orang dah beratur, sampai perlu panggil..datang dengan muka masam layan customer.
