I think this 7-Eleven might be short staffed. When I walked in, there was a long line of people queuing, and the store was in a mess, but there was only one staff at the store, working at the counter, her face looked tired, but she still politely attended to the customers and served their orders, her name was Nursyazwani Shamila if I remember correctly. So while the store was slightly in shambles, the service was still good.
Honestly quite disappointed with the service today. The oven wasn’t even working, so people who bought packed food had no way to heat it up. It’s really frustrating because this is a basic convenience people expect from 7E cafe. Hope this issue gets fixed soon.
The staff very rude , customer smile at staff but staff are arrogant!! Serve customer no matter what ?staff not friendly!! Please teach staff to be polite !! Siap jeling2 mata kat customer? So bad !
