This is honestly one of the worst 7-Eleven café service experiences I’ve had, and it’s not a one-time thing. I’ve visited this outlet multiple times and the service has been consistently poor, but this visit really crossed the line. I wanted to purchase a bagel that was clearly available in the café area. Buy free coffee under promo date the staff very sus keep the promo receipt unless I asked for it. Few times went in to redeem they say coffee machine out of order. Went to another 7-e cafe the free coffee receipt coincidentally cannot use like someone already used it. Very sus.
Local staff especially malay ladies extremely rude as Iif we owe them money to walk in this 7-11. Throughout this interaction, she showed no courtesy, no smile, and appeared visibly irritated. What made this more disappointing was that thid has happen many times over a year of observation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a front-line staff member representing the 7-Eleven brand. Today Morning 7.45 am bought some milk and pastry. Was served by a lady cashier with bad and rude attitude . I was wondering if she is not happy working then just quit dont treat customers as her enemies! We paying for the food and its not fair getting this kind of bad service.
