Rude staff name Rama if im not mistaken. In fact all of them are rude except for locals staff. They dont know how to speak Malay or English properly, hard to communicate. When ask, always “tak tau2” When asked for utensils that they always forget, they threw it on the table when i handed my hand to take it. I scolded them. But they seemed to not care, why? Coz the management doesn’t care about the feedback and to improve their quality.

Service is great. Friendly staff. More choices of food & drinks available after they renovated the store. To improve: When store's busy, I hope they've more staffs manning the counters because sometimes I see only 1 person working & handling everything. So the queue was longer & service was slower.

Boleh tak pecat je pekerja india lelaki tu? Seriously terlalu kurang ajar. Duit baki taknak bagi. Tak nak update harga barang jugak. Tak pulangkan baki padahal harga kt rak kedai lain, bila dia scan lain. Bila cakap, dia buang je harga kat rak tu tanpa refund and update harga. Lepas tu paksa2 orang beli barang promosi. Benci gila. Da lama x singgah 7-e bila nampak dia. Kurang ajar
