Store yang cantik staf smua ramah tapi you orang kena bagi setiap masa dua orang la orang ramai kawan - kawan sama office saya pon cakap kerja staf bagus tapi lambat sebab tidak cukup tangan sorang ii kerja kalau store kecik yang tiada F&B tak apala ini staf sorang sorang apa macam haa kesian lo staf lu orang saya customer regular sudah lama hari ii beli Americano (saya bukan mau complain staf tapi compny 7e kena tambah staf bagi staf kerja 2orang mereka penat mau p sembahyang atau makan pon susah ) tolong ambil tindakan la

Please check whose on duty 27/10/2025, Monday around 1.45 am. I was there at 1.47 am to pay for my purchase but there's no one attend even the doorbell sound rapeatedly. Again when i came at 2.16am they just leave this sign. What a very poor & bad service by your staff

Like the new revamp, but the system and structure needs a lot of work. While having a queue is always good for business, it causes a whole lot of frustration to be waiting 20 minutes or more in line just make payment for your purchase. Clearly 2 staff is not enough. At least 1 staff should focus on taking the orders and taking payment, and 2 staff to prepare the orders. Else, it would be wise to include an unmanned payment kiosk at the side to ease up the traffic. The longer that people have to wait just to make payment, the... read more
