Bought two onigiris that were supposed to include drinks, but the staff (a short Malay girl with glasses) didn’t inform me before payment. When I returned to clarify, she refused to provide them and kept insisting the system couldn’t be changed. She also said the drinks had to be taken before payment, but made no effort to explain this earlier. The worst service i have seen. The counter people didn’t give chicken after paid. I asked again her and her face like angry. The worst and worst service ever.
