Low service, tanya pasal printing tapi ckp manager tak bagi tahu apa habistu kenapa ada flyer for printing service by 7e. useless staff
The male employee name start from A has a bad attitude, Not 1 not 2 time, is always!!! Everytime show the "die father face"
Terrible customer service! Bought a loaf of Massimo bread only to realize it expires tomorrow. Asked for an immediate exchange or refund right away, but staff refused — claiming no refunds for ShopeePay and denying an equal-value item swap. Absolutely ridiculous, which explains why this store is sitting at 2.1 stars!
This store not recommended, that day was queuing up to purchase some items, when I ask for a item and the manager rudely reply saying nope, really no words to say as won't go back to this store again
"A new female employee has a bad attitude and provides poor customer service. I'm paying money to buy things, but she gives me unpleasant looks and acts as if I owe her money. Can a company really keep an employee like this ？
