Terrible customer service! Bought a loaf of Massimo bread only to realize it expires tomorrow. Asked for an immediate exchange or refund right away, but staff refused — claiming no refunds for ShopeePay and denying an equal-value item swap. Absolutely ridiculous, which explains why this store is sitting at 2.1 stars!
This store not recommended, that day was queuing up to purchase some items, when I ask for a item and the manager rudely reply saying nope, really no words to say as won't go back to this store again
