Aku boleh di kata kan hari2 pegi 7e ni tp hari ni aku memang x puas hati dengan satu staff ni nama biar aku je tahu masa aku masuk kedai dekat counter xde staff bila anak aku dh ambil barang aku nk bayar masih xde org aku tgu lepas tu 2 staff keluar lelaki gan pompuan dari stor sambil gelak2 yg lelaki g counter sambil nk bayar tu aku pun ckp nada biasa ingat kan xde org. lepas tu staff tu jawap sy ada keje bang kt dalam dengan nada yg menyakitkan hati aku...dah la ko keluar dari stor tu mintak maaf pun xde lepas tu ko bercak... read more

Bad service attitude. I do not know what your personal trouble is but it seems when I'm not the only one complaining please do something. At least please communicate neutrally if you have a bad day instead of sounding aggressive. I didn't even get the full set of I ordered. It's been twice and I prefer to go other places next time.

The staff named Yasmeen was very rude. When we asked for popcorn chicken, she said, “Popcorn chicken tak ada, tengah cleaning,” in a very harsh tone. Later, when we wanted to pay, our card was declined because it was already past 12am. She then said, “Decline. Takde line ke? Tak boleh ni, tak boleh,” in a rude manner. She could have spoken more politely. Even though she was wearing a mask, we could still see from her expression that she was not friendly and did not smile.

Malas nak cakap banyak. Staff dia yang lain okay je takde la teruk mana. Staff pompuan sorang tu nama yasmeen pakai spek cam hanat perangai. Layanan memang fail. Kalau taknak keje takyah keje. Ko ingat ada masa ke customer nak layan ko punya bad mood. Kang sakit dapat malu dapat. Untuk pengurus or apa2 la yang ada pangkat kat situ .Train la staff kat situ cara nak layan customer elok2 kalau nak customer repeat beli kat situ . First and last beli kt situ
