1 staff run front desk with included cashier and food preparation during lunch time. Customers long Q. What a lousy operation.
Came here at night time, not so crowded, parkings were available to our most content. We had a great time ☺️
This branch/ outlet is crazy. You open a retail in the middle of a working area, so during morning and lunch hour are the hectic. No wonder you change employees frequently, they are very stressed. There are two cash machines but only one has a scanner and the card machine is not working , the other one only can use card machine but have no scanner. Idk if this store is making a loss or what, but this retail owner is totally irresponsible

That one particular Malay girl who worked as a cashier, ingat dia hebat ade kerja customer service when 24/7 muka dia busuk??? eh sis kurang ajar betul, cara dia bercakap dengan customer tu penat ke, annoying ke??? xnak buat kerja terus balik rumah tidur, jgn main mental sama customer. Girl, learn your basic moral before working in customer service industry.
