Today around 8:29 PM, I went to the store to buy something and encountered a female staff member with a very bad attitude. Her facial expression and tone were very impatient and cold, which made the experience very uncomfortable. As customers, we come to buy things, not to face unfriendly service. sorry to say but i dah banyak kali datang tapi staff yang nama farah tak silap very low attitude cakap dengan customer marah-marah+kerja nak ikut mood dia je. pernah jugak before this i dengan kawan i datang tapi service teruk gila staff yang sama tapi memang teruk sangat attitude dia dengan customer. i just bagi number phone dengan jelas untuk masuk member and dia yang tak dengar tapi cara dia suruh i repeat my phone number very rude ! The worker here named “Farah” here does not help customers but checks the stock of the bread, i have been waiting there for 10 minutes and she didn’t assist me. Please fire her
Went there around 7.50am to get a cup of coffee but everytime when it’s a Malay girl duty (Putri) she will said washing coffee machine and have to wait for 20mins. Usually people will buy coffee at morning but why have to wash the machine at peak time? And then she is not friendly at all. Will show arrogant face like I owed her million dollars. Going to this store cause I stay nearby and it’s convenient for the parking but at the end the staff attitude is not good and I can’t get my coffee cause of washing of coffee machine.
