Nak beli slurpee tapi takde orang jaga from 12.30pm now almost 1pm masih menunggu sesuatu yang tidak pasti (saturday 25.4.2026)
Came at 6.50am, there was no staff found. We knocked the door of the staff room but yet no one came out. I don’t understand how could this happen. The management team should look into it this matter. Other than bad customer experience, you should be concerned about stolen items because I could have easily grab items from the store and leave.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this needs to be said. There is one female staff at this outlet (usually wearing 7-Eleven uniform and tudung sarung, fair-skinned, slightly chubby) whose attitude is consistently unpleasant. No smile, no greeting, and often showing a sour facial expression when dealing with customers. I have visited this store many times to buy items, and I’ve noticed the same behaviour repeatedly over the past 2 to 3 months, so this is not a one-time incident.
