The prices here are unreasonably high compared to other stores. A 355 ml Red Bull costs RM10, which is much more expensive than usual. Please review your pricing or be more transparent so customers don’t feel overcharged.
The staff malay girl when I was making payment with grab pay she say Tak Boleh Tng e wallet idk how u all service to speak with a customer like that even price are kindly expensive pricing there put rm6 I bought potato chips when making payment is rm7 pls do the pricing properly and don't scamming people
Almost get cheated by the ‘misleading price tag’. The store deliberately put two diff price tags on a similar brand/type of biscuits but with different SHAPES. Rm6 for Meiji Monkey shape and rm7.50 for Meiji Car shape. I chose Monkey but then still got charged with rm7.50. After complaint, the store staff gave in with the correct displayed price, and took away the old promo-price. To 7-11 store managers, kindly recheck the pricing for your products, especially with those promos.
