When I stood at the cashier, one of them looked at me and smiled, but I was left waiting for about 1–2 minutes without any service…. Cashier bernama SYA bapak ar bulu mata nak g mana dik? Dh pakai bulu mata so boleh jeling2 customer? Dh bayar say tq pun tak? Receipt pun tak bagi? Customer ramai boleh main fon? Main fon tu time customer tak ada tak boleh ke? Selalu mcm ni punya style dok dalam flight je knpe sesat ke 7E.

Staff sangat tidak profesional. Dari mula masuk sudah jeling dan tunjuk muka tak puas hati. Semasa nak bayar, cashier hilang ke bilik staff, dan bila dipanggil dia jerit pada customer. Cara dia cakap biadap, scan barang pun tak ikhlas, tak bagi plastik, tak bagi resit, terus lari masuk bilik. Pengalaman paling teruk (nama staff: iffa tk silap) saya langsung tk kenal die.
