Really being challenged your patient. Rude customer encountered. Was queuing and she changed counter and serve other customer who just queued and I asked why and she said I called u didn't respond. Her voice is soft and with a mask and got the got the guy to said I panggil u tak jawab u punya pasal lah. And even u mau complain complainlah. This is the worst customer service that I encountered. Complained to the Management (Family owner side) and will see if action being taken.
