Had a very bad experience in this store recently. I went to the shop and intended to buy a hotwheels diecast, the Malay lady staff is very nice to take out for me, however there's a sudden stop by another Malay guy named FAD/FAQ (can't see clearly of his name tag) and told his colleague this item is not for sale. I was wondering if the staff have right to reserved it before he own it? Did he purchased? Or consumer can only buy the balance stuff?
