The employee was being disrespectful, shouting inside the store for no justified reason. This was honestly disturbing to the customers. He is an adult, and I don’t know why he was shouting, but it was inappropriate behavior.
Staff around 7am 9Jan2026 does not seem like want to work, not even looking into customer, giving commanding tone, and not treat customer like a customer. After get you the order, not notify it and he just walks away.
Cashier treats customer like we are something from toilet bowl. Cant listen to request and lazy. If you dont be able to work with good customer experience, you should be a cleaner in govt building. Im not the only complainer here. View it yourself. 7-eleven should take action.
