Very incompetent staff. Charged me full price for promo and when I asked about it, he can only asked back "slurpy?" even though I keep pointing at the promo ad and ask him to look at it. That promo isn't full of words, it's just photos with price and he still can't read it. When I asked for receipt, he straight away told me no receipt for TnG. Hello, I would like to make a complaint regarding my recent order. I purchased a burger and drink and was charged the normal individual prices instead of the combo price. When I asked the staff why I wasn’t charged the combo price, he told me that the combo was no longer available. However, after that, I checked the outlet and saw that the combo promotion/highlight was still displayed. Visited 7 Eleven at Eco Grandeur in Puncak Alam and bought a Slurpee mix. I chose a mix flavors. The Slurpee was cold and refreshing, not too sweet, and the texture was really smooth. It tasted great, especially in the hot weather. The price was around RM 2.30 for a regular cup is around IDR 8–9 k, which is very affordable.
