Robin was completely unprofessional with me. The firm did not respond to my emails, calls, texts and did not answer my concerns. I had to file it by myself after trying to deal with the lack of support from Robin and his firm for almost a month. Totally unacceptable considering tax return filing has a deadline
Robin has filed my taxes for the past 10+ years. Great service, no complaints. Make an appointment, bring the paperwork and the fee for his services and one week later, my refund is in my account. If I have a question or need to modify my return he answers my emails with clear instructions. I understand everyone’s situation and needs are different and unique. Just from my own personal experiences with Robin, never had a problem. Satisfied client here!
Worst customer service i ever experienced. This guy is there just to make money. When i asked few questions, he literally said that i'm wasting his time and told me take my stuff and leave his office and i was shocked - who tells his customer to leave upon asking couple of questions.
My family and I have been coming here a few years, Robin was recommended to me by another family member. I have used HR block and liberty and every time they have charged me so much. Robin is fair and fast. He doesn’t charge and arm and a leg to get my taxes done. He great!!!
